What is Health Coaching?
Holistic health coaching is about finding and maintaining optimum health. As a holistic health coach, I will be your guide and support you throughout the whole journey, empowering you to make lasting changes that will lead to increased energy, improved well-being, and a greater sense of overall vitality.
We will work together to create sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes, promoting long-term health and wellness.
On habits…
Creating new habits can initially be challenging, but with consistency and patience, it becomes significantly easier as time goes by.
The secret lies in starting small and progressively building up, which allows you to adapt to the changes without feeling overwhelmed.
Tracking your progress and celebrating small achievements is also beneficial, as it can increase your motivation and strengthen your commitment.
Keep in mind that every little step forward contributes to positive change, and with determination, new habits can seamlessly integrate into your daily routine, making it more fulfilling.
Health coaching is not a quick fix, but with the proper guidance and motivation, it will teach you to properly connect with and nourish your body, and put you on the path towards optimal health and vitality!

Not at all. Many of my clients come to me feeling “off” — tired, stressed, low-energy, or stuck in survival mode. You don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from feeling better in your body and your life.

Not primarily. While some clients do lose weight as a result of changing their habits, my focus is on helping you build energy, confidence, and balance — not chasing a number on the scale.
